Assembly and test center
Assembly and test center of Zelenograd nanotechnology center is formed in the shape of the comprehensive facility adopted for assembling IC crystals and sensors, measuring electrical and functional parameters of ready-to-sell devices, as well as for controlling some types of ICs.
Center is situated in the clean room with the class of «10000» (ISO 7) and provided with the set of up-to-date equipment from the leading global producers. Most important operations of the technological process are conducting by high-precision automated plant.
